Good advice as I started my day with a Diet Coke… Water is definitely important. I wish I had some berries to put in mine..

Heck yeah! Water is my favorite thing to drink, I also like unsweetened iced tea. I don’t like stuff that is all sugary and carbonated, when I drink it I don’t feel like it’s really quenching my thirst.

Now I just need to lay off the junk food!
