Drugstore Makeup Look: Revlon

December 9th, 2008 // Drugstore Makeup, Makeup Looks

For this FOTD I used two of my drugstore favorites from high school from Revlon. On my eyes I used Revlon Illuminance Creme Shadow in Not Just Nudes and on my face I used Revlon Skinlights Face Illuminating Lotion in Warm Light (mmm, the smell is delicious… but I’m not even sure if they sell this item anymore…).

Best Drugstore Makeup

Overall, I love Revlon cosmetics; especially their lip gloss and illuminating products. However, the cream eyeshadow did crease a little. I used a bit of Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion beforehand but it didn’t completely prevent this shadow from creasing. Oh well: Revlon Illuminance Creme Shadows come in great palettes and you can’t beat the price.

Other products used are Victoria’s Secret Shining Kisses Lip gloss in Eva, Estee Lauder Ideal Light Concealer, Clinique Blushing Blush in Precious Posy, and Wet ‘N Wild Megaliner black liquid eyeliner.

Too cute! I love drugstore makeup – it gets dogged a lot, but you’ve made it look gorgeous :-)

Really pretty look! I used to hate Revlon’s creme eyeshadows but that was before I learned the purpose of an eye primer. Just more products to buy :)

I’m totally jealous of how full your eyebrows are.
