That actually made me feel good about my choices. I always get a small fry at Wendy’s and assumed the small was around 500 cal.

Impressive indeed! I never go to fast food or when I have to I just take a salad or some chicken dips. Moreover I do not like meat and fat, I feel bad when I eat this stuff so I avoid fast food.
Do you go in this kind of restaurant? Do you like this food?

So gross!!! I rarely eat fast food or fried food. So at least I know I’m okay since I don’t eat it all the time.
