Apparently, after vehemently expressing my obsession with Eau Flirt perfume – the first fragrance to “flirt for you” – and sharing a coupon code, you all went crazy and bought some! Some of you purchased a rollerball and some of you went all-out and went for an entire bottle. For those of you still sitting on your chance to buy, you’re in luck: not only is the original 10% off coupon code still active (LATTE), but I have been provided with an extra Eau Flirt coupon code for those who spend $50 or more. If you spend $50 or more, you will receive a whopping 25% off your entire order with coupon code LATTE25!
Readers of TotalBeauty.com and Cosmopolitan will especially appreciate this, seeing as this blog received a lot of traffic from those two sources for women searching for Eau Flirt reviews and where to buy.

I decided to kick back up my month-to-month favorite beauty & lifestyle products. Do you love it? Let me know!
Korres Silicone-Free Face Primer has been my go-to primer/moisturizer for the past couple months. I’ve been using it religiously since my Vegas vacation. What I love most about it is that it contains grapefruit oil and vitamin E — both are skin-savers that fight acne and hyperpigmentation — and that it indeed keeps makeup in tact all day. My attitude towards fragrance is very finicky. Case in point, once I “wear out” a fragrance for a season, I must switch it up and I never look back. I’m not one of those women that has a “signature” fragrance. You’ll smell something new on me every season. Plus, there are always so many great new fragrances that it would be a shame to not give a new one a whirl!
That being said, it’s interesting to me that I’m still loving the same fragrance I spritzed to the max last summer: Eau Flirt. It was featured on the Cosmo website last month and since then I’ve been obsessed all over again. There’s a gimmick behind the name: it’s a fragrance that’s said to “flirt for you.” I love marketing spins and this one is that one of the notes — pumpkin pie — makes guys go wild. My boyfriend loves it on me, that’s for sure. Most of all, I love the complexity of the fragrance. It has fruity top notes including plum, raspberry, and apple that settle into hints of jasmine and cinnamon. The drydown is a soft musk. I can’t stop smelling myself when I wear it.

Every girl’s got her favorite “party” fragrance, the one that’s perfect to spritz on after sliding on tights, a short dress, and thigh-high boots for the weekend’s festivities. For me it’s Couture Couture, Juicy Couture’s newest eau de parfum that lasts through the night.

The bottle is gorgeous with its delicate grooves, pink zipper, gold charms and statement cap. Laced with my favorite middle note, honeysuckle, Couture Couture also smells of mandarin and orange blossom, grape and plum, jasmine, amber, vanilla, and sandalwood. So chic and warm. So luxe. Simply everything I love to feel when I’m out and about!
You can find Couture Couture at Nordstrom and Sephora, to name a couple retailers.
Also, I absolutely love scents made portable, so the Couture Couture rollerball ($16) (a Nordstrom exclusive) is a must for the handbag.

My latest fragrance love is for one called Eau Flirt, which is touted to be the first fragrance that “flirts for you”. Seriously! At the very least, it smells so good.

Eau Flirt was inspired by a study conducted by the Smell and Taste Research Foundation. Eau Flirt’s essences include that of nutmeg and cinnamon – the same smells in pumpkin pie which are a proven aphrodisiac for men – and also:
Let me reiterate… It smells delicious! It is perfect for the season. The fragrance lingers all day.
You can hear about it more this Friday on ShopNBC at 11am, 3pm, and 7pm as Jackie Silver of Aging Backwards raves about it.
You can get it here.
The sweet smell of honeysuckle nectar makes it a delightful fragrance to wear, usually blended with citrus top notes and warmed up with hints of vanilla or amber. Base notes of patchouli and woods let honeysuckle linger longer and stronger (such as in Burberry London), but musky woods (such as in Covet or UR) settle deeper and with a softer honeysuckle overtone.

UR is fun, flirty, and sweet. Covet is more mature, and could be worn around the office. Burberry London is feminine and charming with a touch of rose and a patchouli base.
I typically do not favor fragrances that are celebrity-endorsed, for whatever reason. As a matter of fact, as I was spritzing my way through choosing a Summer fragrance, I stopped at the pretty bottle of UR and asked myself aloud, “Why would I want to wear anything with Usher’s name on it?” Not because I dislike his music, but because of my aforementioned disclaimer.
This season happens to be an exception in the name of celebrity-endorsed fragrances for my personal taste. There are so many great ones out right now! I have sampled a few, which I will review or incorporate into Frappelates within the next couple weeks, but UR by Usher Raymond is certainly my top pick for Summer. I LOVE it.
Honeysuckle sets this fragrance off for me. The scent is absolutely delicious and I’m attracted to every fragrance which contains it. Other notes in UR include peach and freesia for airy top notes, which prelude middle notes including honeysuckle, osmanthus, jasmine, and peonies. The base notes that settle into the skin are very warm and inviting — coconut milk, a hint of musk, and praline. Mmm. I can’t stop smelling myself.
Have you ever spotted someone doing a double-take of, not your outfit, but your scent? Be prepared for that when you wear this out, and also for fending off the mens should you decide to step into a nightspot while wearing this fragrance. It’s quite irresistible.
It’s also limited edition, so get it while you can…
