In this video, Sephora shows you how to create the ultimate smoky eyes for Fall using the NEW Kat Von D Eye Primer in Smoky. Kat Von D High Voltage Eye Primer in Smoky ($15) is a uniquely formulated, creamy eye primer with a deeper tint made especially to work with darker shadows.

Watch José create the look in this video and follow his tips below:

Blend High Voltage Eye Primer in Smoky on the lid and under the eye
Dust the brush with shadow, invert it at an angle and press it into the lashline
Press and feather out color as you move the brush upwards and outwards using smooth strokes
Smudge the shadow under the eye along the lashline
Finish the eye look with a strong lash by curling and applying several coats of rich black mascara

There were so many luxe makeup and skincare tips I picked up during my time behind a Lancome counter years ago. The Lancome brand is home to a few awesomely talented makeup artists who love to show the best ways to apply Lancome’s rich, finely milled line of color for beautiful makeup looks.

Here, Lancome makeup artist Sandy Linter shows us how to get the perfect blush and bronzer look for everyday beauty.

In this video, Sandy used Lancome Blush Subtil Sheer Amourose, which is a gorgeous soft pink suitable for fair skin. For darker skintones, Lancome Blush Subtil in Aplum — a warmer, soft berry shade — will do.

For bronzing, Sandy chose Lancome Star Bronzer Poudre Sôleil and applied it under the cheekbones and to the edge of the chin.

As a universally flattering highlighter — and one of my absolute favorite Lancome products — Sandy used Lancome Blush Subtil in Miel Glace. Miel Glace is a sheer, velvety powder blush/highlighter with a soft pearl shimmer that leaves the most beautiful flesh-toned glow on the skin. I love applying it to the tops of my cheekbones or as an eyebrow highlighter, and in this video Sandy applies it to the temples of the face.

There’s really no “trick” to making a mixing medium with contact solution, you simply dip your eyeshadow brush in it and blend away! I used Wet ‘n Wild Mega Eyes palette in Amazon Greens to really put my saline contact solution to the test — it worked! Can you believe that you can get a decent eyeshadow look for less than $5? Contact solution as a mixing medium acts as a humectant to adhere eyeshadow shades to the lid longer and to make them appear more vibrant.
