This layout is totally cute. That chart really surprised me. I always feel so guilty putting just cream and splenda in my coffee but those days are over. When you look at how many calories are in regular soda it is disgusting to me when people drink regular soda because it "tastes better" (not even always true! BTW Diet Max Cola is SO SO good lol).

I remember reading a green tea frapp in a venti size is something like 430 calories. I always make sure to keep my Chai Lattes a grande at the largest as well.

Thanks for the comments on my hair! I need to keep my hair black all the time. I always get such a burst of happiness & confidence when I do it. I'd have to bleach out some of my bangs to add gray and I'd look like Stacy London. I always thought her silver streak looked odd considering she always stomps out that quirkiness in other people. Is that a chic new trend tho?

It's amazing how little people think about the caloric content in their drinks. Remember those coconut frapps from Starbucks that first came out a few years ago? I remember reading an article saying that a Grande one of those had over 1,000 calories. It's crazy! Or people don't know what is in the stuff that they are drinking, think it's healthy (like some smoothie and juice places), but the drinks aren't pure juice or fruit and are loaded with tons of other not so great stuff.

I always try to keep a tab of how much I'm consuming through them. Crystal light is another great low cal option!
