Japanesque Customizable Lip Palette Kit

I LOVE customizing my lifestyle in every imaginable way. My mind craves stimulation and “newness”, and when I become bored with what’s at hand, I’ll think of creative ways to switch things up. If we’re talking, say, lip gloss or fragrance, instead of buying something new — as I’m moving away from a hoarder’s lifestyle — sometimes I’ll mix two items together to come up with something “brand new”. That’s why, when I saw the following concept in Nylon mag’s May issue, I knew I had to have it!

The brand Japonesque has created this lip palette kit that comes ready with six shades, a lip brush, a utensil to stir up your creations, and a flexible bowl that you can place in a microwave to melt (read: nuke) your lipsticks down to creamy form.

With the volume of abandoned lip products I own, this kit gets me so excited! I can mix various lipsticks and glosses together to create personal, custom shades for the season, over and over again.
