L’Oreal Colour Riche Lipstick Review
I’m a self-proclaimed lip gloss fanatic, so only seldom do I wear lipstick. Even then, I’m picky about the color and formulation, because an ill-matched lipstick shade is a lot tougher to get away with than when you’re just swiping on lip gloss.
Yesterday, I decided to finally give a tube of L’Oreal Colour Riche Lipcolour (available in drugstores) a whirl, as the shade Pucker Up Pink seemed to match the dress I was wearing.

The verdict? I’m not won over. Though I loved the brightness of the shade, the lipstick ended up looking a bit frosty on my lips (which I hate) and it didn’t wear for very long. I wore this lipstick out for cocktails and it didn’t fare much longer than two drinks worth of wear. Even with multiple coats. The two pros of Colour Riche lipstick is that it didn’t dry my lips like some other formulations do (probably due to the argan oil, vitamin E, and omega-3), and that the pigmentation is definitely there. So, if you’re not concerned with frostiness or lasting color, you may just love this lipstick. You can find L’Oreal Colour Riche in drugstores for about $5/tube.
