The call you never want to get

My husband and I just recently bought a beach house in Florida and we are so in love with it. We try to go stay there at least twice a month on the weekends. It is a bit of a drive to get there from our house so we decided since we aren’t nearby we needed to get an alarm system installed to keep it protected and mostly for our peace of mind when we can’t be there. We called Jacksonville beach home security to get everything set up and they did a great job with it. A few short weeks later my husband and I had just returned home from work when the phone rang. It was the alarm company calling to let us know that our alarm had been set off at the beach house. We were beside ourselves with worry because we couldn’t just ride over there quickly to see if everything was going to be ok. As it turns out the wind had blown open a french doorand everything was fine but that sure was a stressful phone call to get in the middle of dinner!
